• Commissions may be used only by the commissioner or the owner of the character.
• For any commission, you must have a colored fullbody reference. I will not draw from a description unless it is more of an illustration commission. In this case, please note me.
  
• You may not reupload any of my art unless you receive written permission from me. You may upload it on toyhou.se as long as you credit my main account.
• Under no circumstances may you claim my art as yours.
• Unless previously agreed upon, you must pay before the commission is started.
• For anything that is shipped, I am not responsible for any problems with shipping that are outside of my control. If something does happen I will do my best to correct the problem.
• I will not do refunds unless I am unable to complete the commission.

For Adoptables

• You will have 24 hours to send payment once accepted. I will not accept payment pans unless you contact me and discuss it.
• On any art offers, you will have 2 weeks to finish it. If you cannot, you must contact me first and I will give you more time. If I am forced to track you down and contact you several times for the art, I will cancel the trade. Any payment done with the trade will not be refunded.
  
• Overall, I am fairly relaxed with my rules as long as you keep an open line with me. I understand things happen, just let me know.
• The first time you draw the design, please tag me in the description. I really just love to see my designs drawn!
• After this it is not required, but you must credit me as the designer if prompted. Please don't claim you designed them.
• Once the payment is completed, the character is entirely yours to do with what you want. Trade, resell, etc.

I just want to have some basics posted here, I am pretty chill and willing to work with anyone. If you need more time, just let me know! I also do not plan on having a blacklist, the only time I might not sell to someone is if we have problems several times over.
